White Beans & Rice
1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 lb. cubed ham
1-2 chopped onions 1 lb. white beans

Saute onions in heated vegetable oil until tender.  Add ham and cook about 15 minutes.  Add beans.  Pour in water until beans are covered by an inch.  Boil beans until beans are soft.  Serve over cooked rice.
