Hot Crab Dip
1 lb. crab meat 1/2 cup chopped shallots
16 oz. cream cheese hot sauce to taste
1 stick butter 1 Tbsp garlic powder

Heat cream cheese and butter over low heat in saucepan until melted.  Add hot sauce, garlic and shallots.  Cook until onions are done (3-4 minutes).  Stir often; add crab meat.  Cook 2-3 minutes until bubbly.  Add milk if mixture is too thick.  Serve with crackers.
