Crawfish Carbonara
1/2 cup butter   1 cup crawfish tailmeat
1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cups chopped green onions 2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cups sliced mushrooms  
1/2 cups diced tomatoes 1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cups chopped bacon Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cups diced bell pepper  3 cups cooked angel hair pasta
Saute garlic, green onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon and bell pepper in butter for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add crawfish and cook 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and cook until liquid is reduced by about half. Add whipping cream and stir constantly until cream is thickened, about 5 minutes. Add parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix with cooked pasta and serve.
