Aunt Mickey's Bouille (Custard)
32 oz. milk 1-1/2 oz. cake flour
6 oz. sugar 1 oz. cornstarch
4 egg yolks 1 Tbsp vanilla

Bring 28 oz. milk and 3 oz. of sugar to a boil.  In separate bowl, mix 4 oz. milk, 3 oz. sugar, yolks, cake flour and cornstarch.  Add to boiled milk.  Beat all ingredients well.  When mixture starts cooling, and vanilla and mix well.
