Crawfish Dip
8 oz. cream cheese 1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/8 tsp paprika
2 tsp finely chopped green onions salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp lemon juice 1 lb. crawfish tailmeat, ground coarse
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard Saltine crackers
1/8 tsp hot sauce  

Add all ingredients except crawfish tailmeat into a food processor and process into a paste-like spread.  Remove all of mixture from processor into a large mixing bowl.  Add ground tailmeat to mixture and mix well.  Serve in a bowl with crackers for spreading.
