Crawfish Macque Choux
1 chopped onion 2 - 15 oz. cans corn, drained
1/2 chopped  green bell pepper 15 oz. can cream style corn
1/2  chopped  red bell pepper 10 oz. can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 stick butter   1 lb.crawfish tailmeat

Sauté  onion and bell peppers in butter. Add corn and tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add crawfish and salt and pepper to taste.  Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
